my name is nrtan, and i’m a digital artist working across 2d, 3d, animation, and visual storytelling.

i’m drawn to surreal faces, strange beauty, cinematic lighting, fashion, and images that feel polished but slightly uncomfortable. a lot of my pieces sit somewhere between portrait, poster, still from a film, and fake ad from a world that shouldn’t exist. 

a lot of my art explores identity, performance, technology, beauty, commodification, and the strange emotional spaces people build around themselves.

i’m interested in how people perform themselves, how beauty gets packaged, how technology changes intimacy, and how a single image can suggest a much larger story. my style often leans into neon color, dramatic shadows, glossy surfaces, distorted expressions, and characters that feel both designed and alive.

this portfolio includes digital paintings, 3d renders, animation work, original characters, experimental pieces, and some older fan art from earlier in my practice. even when the pieces vary in medium or finish, they usually come back to the same things: atmosphere, tension, character, and visual impact.

i’m still building the world my work belongs to, but the direction is clear: bold, cinematic, surreal, and emotionally charged.
